Web Client

The web client is an ideal solution for mobile users or anyone using older versions of Windows. As long as you have a browser, you will be able to access your mails in an easy to use manner.

As there is no software to install the web client is also ideal when your away from the office, you can quickly read your mails from anywhere in the world. For example: In an Internet café, at home or at a remote office.

Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007

For users lucky enough to be using Windows XP or Vista the full Outlook client is available. This has the advantage of containing more functionality than the web client. Anyone serious about wanting to get the best out of email will opt for this solution.

Laptop users in particular can benefit by running Outlook in cached mode. Meaning your emails are available off line. Ideal if you want to read and write emails whilst off line, on a plane for example. The next time you connect the offline mails you have written will be delivered.
